Our Cancellation Policy

Our clients’ well-being is important to us and we understand the unexpected can happen. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Bellacure Lounge does not require a deposit to confirm your appointment, but a cancellation fee will be imposed to hold the time and technician for you.This policy helps us ensure that our clients have access to services and the opportunity to accept any last-minute openings.

Terms

1. Any cancellations or requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before your appointment time will result in a cancellation fee. The fee amount will be equal to 50% of your booking price.

2. Any no show/no calls will result in a  cancellation fee equal to 100% of your booking price.

3. Any changes to appointments made in the 24 hour period must be made within 3 hours of your booking or a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your booked service will apply at the event that a missed appointment occurs.

In order to simplify the booking process using our salon's scheduling software, we require that a credit card be kept on file when making appointments. Please be aware that any cancellation or service fees will be charged to the credit card on file.

Upon booking, you will be sent a confirmation message and a reminder 2 hours before your service on the day of your appointment.
